Dragonkind two green dragons
Which test is this?

At the later two-green clearing, choosing a side has led to both continuation and death in player records. No side is a verified guarantee. Match the prompt and earlier route before copying a reported response.

Two green dragons: the short answer

Recognize the stage before comparing a choice
QuestionWhat the sources show
Current sceneTwo green dragons sunning across an early path is an initial sighting. Two greens in a later clearing after descending a tree is a different test.
Observed outcomeA community walkthrough reports both a continuation and a death after turning toward the right green on separate runs. Other accounts describe bonds after further prompts.
Unconfirmed conditionNeither choosing left nor choosing right has been independently established as a guaranteed way to survive or bond.
Next useful stepSave the exact stage, earlier direction and companions, the green you faced, each follow-up response, and the final result.

Why the first prompt matters

An answer that refers to lowering your eyes at two greens sunning on the path does not answer the later clearing question asking which dragon to engage. The scene finder keeps those records separate. If your screen mentions a tree descent and a clearing, compare the later test below; if it is a first sighting, use the separate sunning-greens record.

What players actually reported

These reports identify outcomes; they do not measure success rates
EvidenceWhat happenedWhat it cannot prove
Repeated right-facing choiceThe Wiki author records one run advancing and another ending in death after the same described side choice.A 50% probability, a fixed hidden roll, or that every earlier condition was identical.
Follow-up testsThe community map describes holding position through a later tail test and different responses to a question about character flaws or strengths. That reaching the same green guarantees the same follow-up or bond.
Neutral or divided attentionThe Wiki author reports death after staying neutral and after glancing toward the other green in documented attempts. That every untested alternative is safe or that all players receive the same wording.

A contradiction is useful information

Two endings after a similarly written choice tell you a one-line answer key is too narrow. They do not reveal the game’s internal selection rule. Earlier route decisions, the precise prompt and the responses after choosing a green may all matter, and the available reports do not isolate those variables. Read the source’s own run notes before treating an observation as advice for your account.

What counts as a green bond

A green dragon appearing, or a player surviving the first green prompt, is an encounter. A result card showing a bonded green is a different outcome. When you compare reports, look for the final result rather than counting every green sighting as a success. The dragon index helps interpret a completed result without turning color into a route prediction.

Make the next attempt easier to compare

Record four details in order

First write whether this was the initial sunning pair or the later clearing. Then record your direction and companions before the tree, the exact side or neutral response, and every test that followed. End the note with “continued,” “died,” or “bonded,” using the wording on your screen. The private attempt journal keeps those states separate.

Compare one change at a time

If you return to the clearing, compare the full route rather than only the final green choice. A different first sighting or cadet encounter may make two notes less alike than they seem. If the available options have changed, stop matching the old route at that point and document the new prompt. This produces a useful record even when the run ends without a bond.

Two-green Dragonkind questions

Which green should I choose?

The checked reports do not establish a guaranteed side. A community walkthrough documents bonds after further choices, but also a death on a repeated right-facing decision. Choose based on the prompt you see and keep the complete outcome if you want to compare attempts.

Are the two greens on the path the same test?

No. The first sighting with two sunning greens and the later clearing test use different surrounding events. A response reported at one stage should not be copied into the other without matching the text and location.

Does a failed repeated choice prove the game is random?

No. It shows that the written choice by itself is insufficient to predict the ending. The available records do not rule out earlier conditions or other differences. The author’s official FAQ confirms repeat attempts after a wait, but does not publish the rule for this encounter.
